22 Cuts in Vishwaroopam 2, Film to release as planned with a special tribute to late Karunanidhi

 

Contrary to popular buzz, Kamal Haasan starrer Vishwaroopam 2 is not being postponed and will release as scheduled on August 10, 2018 i.e. tomorrow in both Tamil and Hindi. However, the film we hear will have a special tribute message to the recently deceased M. Karunanidhi, whom the state is mourning until August 13, 2018 (meaning there will be no official entertainment on those days).
 
Kamal Haasan's movie will also be premiering in the US on August 9, 2018 (local time) in over 140 screens and recently a list of scenes that have been censored from the movie were made available to the public eye.
