Karthik Subbaraj’s Dorothy has a trailer out ahead of its worldwide theatrical release on 25 September 2026.

Sananth and Rishikanth play childhood friends whose bond frays after Keerthy Suresh’s character enters their lives — friendship, conflict and strong emotion sit at the centre, with Ilaiyaraaja’s music and score underlining the pitch. The film already premiered at TIFF to a standing ovation and was noted as the first Tamil feature to premiere there in about a decade.
