Superstar Rajinikanth's upcoming action thriller Coolie, which is set to release in theaters on August 14, 2025, is off to a phenomenal start in the United States. Coolie advance bookings have been open in USA since July 23, 2025, and recently film's distributor in the region—Prathyangira Cinemas—updated that the Coolie premiere pre-sales has crossed $600,000 (approximately Rs. 5. 26 Cr). 

Additionally, Prathyangira Cinemas has also updated that over $500,000 (Rs. 4.38 Cr+) of this total comes from the Cinemark theater chain alone—highlighting the unprecedented demand, and reach for the film among the overseas Tamil and Indian diaspora.

Coolie’s U.S. premiere shows are scheduled to begin at 7:30 PM EST / 6:30 PM CST / 5:30 PM MST / 4:30 PM PST on August 13, 2025 — which is 5:00 AM IST on August 14 in India.
