Nani-Presented 'Court' Becomes a Blockbuster, Grosses Over 50 Crores Worldwide
The Telugu film Court, produced by Nani, has emerged as a massive box-office success, surpassing ₹50 crores in global earnings. It now stands as the second-biggest hit in Telugu cinema, following Sankranthiki Vasthunam. The film has also crossed the $1 million milestone in the USA, cementing its strong appeal both in India and overseas.
By its 17th day in theaters, Court collected ₹1.03 crores, bringing its total India net earnings to approximately ₹38.13 crores. The film’s domestic gross collection is around ₹44.99 crores, with overseas markets contributing another ₹10 crores, taking its worldwide total to ₹54.99 crores.
Adding to its commercial success, Court has secured a lucrative OTT deal with Netflix for ₹8 crores, marking one of the highest digital acquisitions for a concept-driven Telugu film.
Following this triumph, Nani is gearing up for his next big project, HIT: The Third Case, where he plays the lead role. Scheduled for release on May 1, 2025, the film is part of a popular crime thriller franchise and has already generated significant buzz ahead of its premiere.
