Multi-starrer Telugu language devotional fantasy film Kannappa, has postponed its release date from April 25, 2025 to June 27, 2025. Headlined by actor Vishnu Manchu who has also penned the story and screenplay for the movie, Kannappa is directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh, and is based on a Hindu legend story about a staunch Lord Shiva devotee. 

Also starring Mohan Babu, Sarathkumar among others, Kannappa has cameo appearances from star actors like Prabhas, Akshay Kumar, Mohanlal and Kajal Aggarwal. Kannappa's release delay comes in lieu of  VFX enhancement and post-production issues.
